Jordan’s Weeones is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.

 

Any information requested by Jordan's Weeones from people with regards to their applications for a grant will only be used in accordance with this Privacy statement.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) is a new regulation which replaces the Data Protection Regulation (Directive 95/46/EC). The Regulation aims to harmonise data protection legislation across EU member states, enhancing privacy rights for individuals and providing a strict framework within which commercial organisations can legally operate.

Please read the following regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

Information/data collection:

  • The information we collect from people in regards to their applications is for the purpose of processing their application for a grant from Jordan’s Weeones.

  • The grant application form will be emailed from a ROH/hospital representative.

  • On receiving the application, it will be stored in an encrypted file on a USB stick that is kept in a locked desk drawer. We will also keep a spreadsheet referencing grant number and amount of grant awarded. The spreadsheet will also be stored on a dedicated  USB stick in encrypted format. This if for the purpose of financial reporting of grants issued.

  • We will delete your details after 18 months.

  • We will not use your details for any other purpose other than grant application.

  • We will not pass on your details to any other company or individual.

  • Grants will be sent by post, this is the only communication we expect to have.

 

Access to Information:

The Data Protection Act 1998 and the GDPR give you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act and the GDPR.  A subject access request should be submitted by email to jordansweeones@gmail.com as per the GDPR, no fee will apply.
