Everyone at Jordan's Weeones would like to say a massive thank you to Em, Shannon and Charlotte for running some very enjoyable macramé workshops in July. Jane Steward one of our Patrons attended the sessions and let us know how great they were. We were told how much everyone enjoy the sessions and that everyone came away with some great makes. After expenses a fabulous total of £190 was made which is just over what is needed to help one family.
To prove how popular these workshops were, the participants are all hooked and will be forming a macramé club where they meet up once a month to work on their own pieces but with Em to assist when they get themselves tied in knots! It sounds like this club will be taking place in Oundle unless a venue can be secured in Brigstock. Anyone who is interested in joining is very welcome, please message Jane Steward at j@janesteward.co.uk for more details. Please note that this club will not be a fundraising club, just a social get together to have fun and develop your macramé skills.
